10 000+ runners soft launched the return of the Domain Rd - St Kilda Rd connection on Sunday as part of Melbourne Marathon. They were the first to turn that corner since 2017, when it closed to build Anzac Station. The road was formally reopened on Monday night.
8.12 Parliament: No lift access between platforms and the concourse (an outage). Passengers requiring lift access alight at Melbourne Central or Flinders St, and speak to station staff for assistance. Lift access remains available between the concourse and Spring St.

17.37 Craigieburn line: Major delays (a trespasser in the Roxburgh Park area). Trains may remain stationary for extended periods at or between stations, or may terminate/originate at intermediate stations.

Trains will operate as a shuttle service between Caulfield and East Pakenham / Cranbourne from 21.00 until the last train (works). Change to/from a Frankston train [with no suggestion for loop passengers].
