(earlier than 23.55).  Owing to an incident requiring emergency services at Melbourne Central, no trains will run from loop stations.  Flagstaff, Melbourne Central  and Parliment stations are CLOSED.  This incident is expected to affect services until the last trains tonight. Passengers from these stations go to Flinders St or Southern Cross.

- 4.21 Works completed and tested.  Loop stations are now open and being served.
