A few years ago, I posted some b&w photos of this final Adelaide St tram & Light St Depot day.
I've now scanned some of the colour photos.
There has been substantial redevelopment of this intersection, associated with road widening.
The 1968 Golden Fleece petrol station has gone, but the one at the top of the hill is still there, repurposed.
The Edwardian house is still there, with the gable showing in both views.
