Yes, many opportunites are often lost whilst others are taken up
(Stockholm and Dallas where in both cases old uncovered track was re-
used) unfortunately, it always seems to be the case of the former in
Australia!

As for SW6 909, I was training a student on the W's, at the moment,
you will most often find a W somewhere on the St Kilda end of the 112
on Mondays and Tuesdays whilst I do their "out of service" training,
avoids confusing passengers on the City Circle.
