Yes, I had heard before that Rio Vista indeed has a set of Peckham trucks.
That is what would be most appropriate for 798. However, I'll check here in
Seattle and see what possibilities exist.

Hi Pete,

Why does'nt Muni (or MSRy)approach RVJ as they have a set (one with a
broken axle) of the same type of trucks that ran under the 700's and
800's I believe they are Peckham trucks and were they not from under
a crane car? This would make more sense than W2 trucks that look
nothing like the MSRy trucks. But if you want a set of SPUR geared #1
trucks, contact the Sydney tramway museum or Bendigo, they may have a
set laying around, Melbourne has none.
