magazine try paying the surface mail rates next time and see if makes any
difference to the deliveries.
If your magazines are being consolidated somewhere and posted in Australia,
it is very likely that they are being air freighted - and if the people
doing it are the ones who deliver my consignments of Thomas Cook and GBPTTs
than you will find, like I did, that the last two consignments were sitting
in a warehouse in Kent because it was apparently too much trouble to do
anything with them!

Apparently Train World in Melbourne had the March 2002 TUT on its
shelves but the main supply to the members in Australia and the
United States is lost at sea (or soemwhere!). May have gone down with
the Citadis tram rumoured to have fallen off a ship on its way to
Australia: a story denied by Yarra Trams.
