If i remember correctly " CITY " was never used on sydney trams nor trolley buses. Even to this day, state transit buses seems to use " CITY-QVB " but not just CITY.

WEST END was a tram terminus in Brisbane until 1969.
CITY is an obvious one: Melbourne and Ballarat. Any others? DEPOT
