Yes, an excellent one called Destination City (about $35, which
would be
about US$18.) explains the system but concentrates on the cars
themselves,
from the first cars to the B class artics, also covers the Victorian
railways two tram routes. Another good general book about the trams
is
"Melbournes Marvellous Trams" at about the same price.
