Tram and depot sightings

Flinders St, about 1500. A class 251 with large (A4) sign in bottom
right hand side drivers window displaying "48". Don't know why this
was there as the desto was working fine, also showing "48".

Also for those who may be interested, I cruised past Hawthorne (does
it have the "e"? Please correct.) Depot today. All four tracks still
remain in building, including pits and wires. track leading into
depot has been cut shortly after it enters the gate, however, the
interal roads have not yet been layed. It looks like room has been
left to reconnect the track, once building is complete.
