Yep. Sometimes the French quest for style
really crashes. Ya gotta love 'em for trying, but...

Hi All!
I nominate either the Strasbourg abominations, or
the horrors at Lyons as the ugliest cars ever made.
Talk about mobile goldfish bowls............!!!
Chas

You haven't seen the weird Citadis thingys that
Melbourne has just bought!

Dave

Okay, gang! you asked for ugly, you got ugly! Here from my
collection is a
picture of a Lyon, France Citadis (related to the Melbourne
Citadis only by
name and builder). I'm told that the Lyon tramway system chose
this front end
to emulate the silkworm, because Lyon is supposedly the World
capital of the
silk industry. [Funny, I thought Japan was, but see, that's how
much *I*
know! <g>] To me, it looks rather like a phallus...YRCH!

Sorry, gang!

After my warning post about non-JPEG attachments, I had to go ahead
and send
a PICT file. My foot is in my mouth, gang, and my face is 13
shades of
red!!!! LOL! Sorry...

Anyway, here is the picture of the Lyon Citadis converted to the
proper JPEG
format.
