I was at the Brisbane Tramway Museum at Ferny Grove for the 1st time in
1991. I was at the Brisbane Tramway Museum at Ferny Grove for the 2nd
time a few weeks ago. It seemed as though nothing had changed or
advanced in 11 years. Even the so-called gift shop had exactly the same
few items it did 11 years ago, and still (after 11 years) was out of all
T shirts except for Small size ones. When someone working at the Museum
finally entered the gift shop, he greeted me with, "I suppose you want a
ticket?" I told him no thanks, bought a postcard and a copy of an 11
year old booklet and left. No "Thanks", no "G'Day", no "So long",
actually no nothing. I'm sure someone at Ferny Grove is trying, but I
could see absolutely no change. I was very disappointed.
