I wonder how many trams the former Hawthorn Tram Depot could hold now.

The track connection has been cut.

I doubt seriously if they are going to proceed with a museum there.

Shame, really.

Perfect location.

Can't see yuppies paying big money for apartments in that building coping something so dreadfully down market as trams in their building.
