Shunting at Victoria Pde

Route 109 trams were shunted at Brunswick St. As there is no direct
crossover they had to do a double shunt. First they shunted from the
up track down into the layover track. They then shunted from the
layover track onto the down track. A Yarra Trams employee was on hand
to work the points.
I didn't see any Citadis trams shunting. I suspect they were taken off
route 109 today as there didn't appear to be enough distance available
for them between the end of the track and the layover points.
