Re: Track works - Victoria Parade

Went up at lunch time and had a look at the preliminary work. A bit
more temporary fencing than yesterday and work has started relocating
the "historic tram shelter". The work is being carried out by private
contractor.
The track is in pretty poor condition and well due for replacement!
No doubt the drivers are looking forward to the new arrangements next
week.
A couple of enthusiasts and someone from Yarra Trams "surveying the
scene" but otherwise pretty quiet.
