I vaguely remember seeing a list including come now discontinued numbers, but I can't find the URL. I'll keep trying.

109, 112. I think they picked them because they were big numbers. Like numbering the B's from 2000 up. Gives them a more modern feel. A merketing decision, not a historical one.
