Easter tram services

I noticed on a [Yarra] tram at lunch time that only a
"limited" City Circle service would be operating on
Easter Monday.

What does this mean?

As usual there is no City Circle tram service
tomorrow, Good Friday.

Sunday timetables operate on Good Friday and Easter
Monday. Both are public holidays in Victoria.

Saturday services operate as normal on Easter
Saturday. Jeff Kennett abolished the Easter Saturday
public holiday (and the additional bank holiday on
Easter Tuesday) several years ago.
