Yes it did, but only of the system as current in 1991.
 
Sinc then you have had three route extensions, the city circle additions, docklands and a new depot thrown in to boot.
 
Not to mention the dearly departed - Footscray Locals, Point Ormond and the Holden Street line...

Didn't Destination City have track plans on the inside front and back covers? Or am I thinking of another book?

If you haven't already found them...

It's not a fully detailed track map, but I bought a rather nice poster from the Elizabeth Street MET Shop (or whatever it might be now) in Melbourne showing the locations of everything, including the original Doncaster line and the horse tramways. They also had one for the train system. The Railfan shop also had them, as well as another showing proposed routes.
