Bill,

It's Graeme Bennett and he is so dry it's hard to tell where the humour
ends some time.

That tram in the pic looks like some narrow gutted anal retentive designed
it. It has windows like a pillbox and looks like there should be a couple of
machine guns jutting out to me.

One of the ugliest I've ever seen.

Which is what I think Graeme is getting at.
