There's no room for trams in the photo on the
developer's site.
They would have had to remove the overhead because
of all the heavy vehicles, cranes, etc.
But the track connection in the street has been
gone for a couple of years now.
The notion of a tram museum there was probably only
a sop to keep Melburnians at bay while Jeff looted and plundered.
A bit like the Eastern Railway that was supposed to
run down the median strip on the Eastern Freeway.
