The reason for these transfers came about due to
industrial action at Com - Eng Dandenong which
delayed the B class trams from being ready to enter
service in time. Trucker Graeme.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, I always understood
that the late deliveries of the B2 class was due to
the lateness of the Tuen Mun LRV's for Hong Kong.
