Melbourne Yarra liveried LRV

Since there seems to be an appetite for more pictures of Melbourne
trams, Ill post a few taken during my visit last November.

Attached is a picture of Yarra 3032. It is shown in front of a building
under construction of rather daring architecture. I could not get an
answer to the question of what the function of that building was going
to be even though I asked several people.
