Apart from the restaurant cars, W trams have not featured in major
point of sale, TV or cinema advertising for Victorian tourism in
Australia for quite a while. Melbourne has been assiduouslyits base of tourist "icons" over the past few decades and now has
nowwide range that are used in advertising the city, with the trams
playing relatively minor role.
Melburnians are nostalgic about W's
Is that "from your perspective" there in New Zealand?
Being nostalgic about them and having any desire to ride on them
everyday are not necessarily related in any way.
