While visiting Melbourne a few weeks ago I would have
liked to seen the Victoria tram museum in Bylands. I
found out that there was no way of gettin there by
public transportation. Unfortunate.

And the upshot of this mentality is that a great tram
system with a 
wonderful tramway heritage has no heritage operations
- and no 
tramway museum or museum tramway within 80km (or
whatever the 
distance is). Very sad and not a great credit to
