HK trucks

I noticed that a few of the Hong Kong cars had 'Brush' axleboxes. The trucks
looked pretty sparse, and I couldn't work out the braking system, I didn't
hear the usual compressor sound at any time. The two (or is it more) new HK
cars were a surprise, double deck single truck cars, of course, but quite
modern looking. I only saw them going the other way, they seem to utilise
bus technology, although they are the logical conclusion of development of
the single truck, double deck tramcar.
