Its interesting that your good wife got the Milan trammies to say
where the Trams got put to bed.
That is exactly what we used to say when I was at Camberwell
After the end of the night shift, IE after last car had run in.
The Starter would say, "All the Trams have been put to bed".
And we all would go home.
