Nothing mentioned about the rest of the system or other depots. I understand this proposal is to be in addition to what is there today. Having said that I do notice all the facilities indicated on the plan for Preston Workshops and wonder if things like painting of trams at East Preston Depot would cease.

I also noted about Glenhuntly depot that nothing was mentioned about South Caulfield Junction. Surely this should be upgraded to double track curves in both ways, either as part of this project or prior.
