You are right of course Mick!

In fact, the trucks originally fitted to 611 were No 9A.

This is the pic used in Destination City - they date it as 1962, but in
the text they say the trucks were changed to No 15 in 1961 ... so
perhaps 'late 1950s or early 1960s' will have to do for a date. The car
is still fitted with trolley wheels (ie not carbon skids).
