IMHO, 1041 wasent a PCC as it didnt have PCC control gear
but some Belgium stuff,
However ,the B3 trucks are the genuine article.

PCC 1041 it was, i suppose a Z car body using bits of PCC equipments.
The B3 pcc trucks were removed in 1973 along with Motors making 980 a non-working basket case The body of 980 going to Bylands
1041 itself had various dramas and was eventually stored.
When i last saw it at Hawthorn during my drivers course at the training centre
it had smashed windows panel damage and looked a bloody mess.
Hopefully in the last near 20 years someone has restored it.
