The "really unfortunate" thing would be if you had not actually tried
to ask SPER (et al) for access to the information published in Trolley
Wire before complaining about an intellectual property right which
exist specifically to encourage the dissemination of information
through publication.

Have you actually asked SPER about obtaining access to the
information?
