I photographed this pair on Sat.22.9.88, but couldn't see the numbers from
my train.

According to Bruce Bredin, there were three W2s intact at Port Kembla in
1994: 370, 560 & 577.

I am guessing that these two were 560 & 577. Others may be able to identify
the numbers from the roof style and guttering style.

Or, these were two others, en route to USA?
