It is indeed a rare beastie! Perth had the only narrow gauge version and Brisbane had the only picture window version. Later it became the only open front version when a gooseneck brake staff was fitted. To enable the gooseneck to swing around, the windscreen had to be removed. They are the only two Hedley-Doyle cars exported from North America. One went to Vancouver, was little used and hung around at the back of a depot for yonks, but not quite long enough to be preserved.
