What is the grade going down Wests Rd to Raleigh in Maribyrnong?

I was on an AETA convention tour Easter iirc, and I recall a young driver
applying the brake, sand flying, removing the handle from the full right
position and observing to the peanut gallery behind him: "That's all there
is!" as he waved the handle in the air. Of course, the tram stopped safely
with a goodly margin, I hasten to add. But I remember it as a good grade.

Now, who was it?
