I had another chance to visit the Domain Rd area and got a few new photos.

The crushed fill has been asphalted between the rails, all the way along the section (from just E of St Kilda Rd to just W of Dallas Brooks Dve).

Photo A is from the west end, as per last week's photo. The asphalting done in the intervening seven days is apparent.

Photo B is taken from the footpath on the south side of Domain Rd, facing west. It is possible that the concrete bar going across the north side may be the end of a platform stop, but it is hard to tell.

Photo C shows the style of asphalting carried out.

Photo D shows that there is in fact a crossover (contrary to what I thought), but further east than I expected.

I was unable to get a shot from the east end of the works, as the fence is covered with coloured netting (the fencing equivalent of AOA). It is not possible to access the northern fence due to the presence of a works depot left from the Anzac station works.
