Frankston line: Trains will not stop at Parkdale until mid 2024 (level-crossing removal work). Shuttle buses will operate Mentone - Parkdale - Mordialloc, connecting with trains. No access to station facilities or platforms during this time.

- Great, design the road so it is a slow 40km/h over the rail line, poor design!
- Original speed was.. 60kmh? Should probably be 50 given its residential. I'm assuming the 40 km/h segment is.. 500 m?  40kmh is 45 seconds. 60kmh is 30 seconds. It's a residential street. 15 seconds. Really?  Even if it was 1km, that's 30 seconds.

What a difference 3 years make! Brick by brick (all 104,000 of them), ArdenStation’s 15 entrance arches were installed in 2021. In 2024, the underground station and its grand entrance are now finished.
