TDUers may be interested that the 50th Anniversary of the opening of the St Kilda tramway by the AETM on 23 March 1974 will be celebrated at a special day on Sunday next, 28 April 2924. The re-created Bob and Bub (coupled A type) tram 14&15 will be launched into traffic, a project that has quietly developed over the past twenty years.
