Frankston line: Trains will not stop at Parkdale until mid 2024 (level-crossing removal work). Shuttle buses will operate Mentone - Parkdale - Mordialloc, connecting with trains. No access to station facilities or platforms during this time.
5.25 & 5.55 Moonee Ponds: Take extra care boarding/alighting this morning as an external power outage affecting the local area has impacted platform lighting & facilities. Jemena is working to restore power to the local area.
5.27 Burnley: Because of flooding of the underpass, trains will run non-stop. Travel to/from Richmond by shuttle bus. Public-transport disruptions are happening through Autumn (infrastructure projects).

8.40 Craigieburn line: Major delays (an equipment fault in the Coolaroo area). Trains may move at a reduced speed there. Trains may be altered.

At Pakenham we'll create activity zones under the 2.5 km elevated line, with the bright blue concrete piers indicating the active areas and the open space including exercise area, playground and a basketball court.
10.03 Werribee line: Major delays (an equipment fault in the Altona area). Trains may move at a reduced speed there. Trains may be altered or cancelled.
- 10.13 Buses to replace trains Laverton - Altona - Newport. Buses have been ordered. Direct trains operate, with delays.
- 11.05 buses are in operation, adding 30 min.
- 12.08 Trains are resuming. First trains will be: 11.46 Flinders St - Laverton; 12.16 ex Laverton.
10.59 Frankston Line: Major delays (a track fault in the Flinders St - Richmond area). Trains may be held or altered.

16.08 Belgrave line: Buses to replace trains between Ringwood and Upper Ferntree Gully (a fallen tree between Heathmont and Bayswater). buses have been ordered, but will take over 60 min. to arrive.
- 16.29 Buses are in operation, with more enroute, adding 45 min.
- 19.35 All buses are in operation.
- 22.11 trains are resuming.
19.10 Major delays Laverton - Werribee (trespassers near Werribee). Trains may be altered.
Mernda/Hurstbridge lines: Buses replace trains Parliament - Clifton Hill from 20.50 until the last train (maintenance works).
Sunbury/Craigieburn/Upfield/Glen Waverley lines: All trains direct to/from Flinders St from 21.00 until the last train (maintenance works). From loop stations, take a train to Flinders St. [inbound Pak/Cran? special city circle?]
Trains will operate as a shuttle service between Burnley and Lilydale/Belgrave from 21.00 until the last train (works). Change at Burnley from/to a Glen Waverley train.
