Normal train services resume on the Lilydale and Belgrave linea from the first train.
Frankston line: Trains will not stop at Parkdale until mid 2024 (level-crossing removal work). Shuttle buses will operate Mentone - Parkdale - Mordialloc, connecting with trains. No access to station facilities or platforms during this time.
9.14 Major delays Eltham - Hurstbridge (fire brigade near Diamond Creek). Trains may be altered.
- 9.29 Trains may be held at or between stations for an extended period.  trains may terminate/originate at intermediate stations.
- 9.46 Buses to replace trains between Eltham and Hurstbridge.  Buses have been ordered, but will take over 60 min to arrive
- 10.05 Trains are resuming.  First trains: 8.49 Flinders St - Eltham.; 9.26 ex Hurstbridge.
17.13 Werribee/Williamstown/Sunbury lines: Delays through South Kensington (police attending to a trespasser).  Trains may be held at or between stations for an extended period.  Trains may terminate/originate at intermediate stations.

18.43 Frankston line: Major delays (an equipment fault in the Mordialloc area).  Trains may be altered or terminate/originate at intermediate stations.
- Buses replace trains Cheltenham - Frankston from 20.30 until the last train (works).
Bedford Road, Ringwood, has been reopened to traffic a week ahead of schedule, with trains now running through the new trench. This is the 75th level crossing to be eliminated by LXRP.

Werribee/Williamstown lines: Buses replace trains North Melbourne - Newport/Williamstown from 21.30 until the last train (maintenance works).
Pakenham/Cranbourne lines: All trains direct to/from Flinders St from 21.45 until the last train (maintenance works).  From Melbourne Southern Cross or loop stations, take a Lilydale/Belgrave/Glen Waverley train to Richmond.
21.49 Werribee line: Major delays (police in the Williams Landing area). Trains may be altered, and may terminate/originate at intermediate stations.
Public transport disruptions are happening through Autumn (infrastructure projects).
