Flinders St: still with a lane closed for tunnel works?
Because of tunnel works, Degraves St subway at Flinders St is closed until 2024. No platform transfer via Degraves St subway. Passengers should use Elizabeth & Swanston St entry/exits.  Campbell Arcade remains closed to 2024. Platform  interchange via that subway was available until mid 2022.
Buses replace trains on sections of the Lilydale/Belgrave lines until late May (works).
Buses replace trains North Melbourne - Craigieburn from 20.30 until the last train (maintenance works).
Frankston line: Trains will run to an altered timetable until mid 2023 (works).  Trains will stop at all stations Caulfield - Cheltenham all day.
Moomba continues today with the Birdman Rally a highlight between 11.00 and 13.30. Take pt where you can to the festival, with Flinders St Station a short walk away and numerous trams running along St Kilda Rd.
7.29 Buses are replacing trains between Frankston and Stony Point (a track-equipment fault), adding 25 min.
- 11.18 Trains resume.  First trains:  11.05 ex Frankston; 11.59 ex Stony Point.
8.53 Westall: No lift access between street level, platforms and overpass (a local power outage affecting the Clayton South area).  Passengers for Westall alight at Clayton and speak to station staff for assistance.
Pakenham/Cranbourne lines: Buses replace trains Caulfield - Westall from 20.30 until the last train (works).  Change from/to a Frankston train.

transport services will run to a public-holiday timetable for the the Labour Day public holiday today. 
With so many events happening across Melbourne, PT is the best way to get around.

Trains will operate as a shuttle service between Melbourne Southern Cross and Sunbury/Upfield from 21.00 until the last train (works).  From loop stations, take a westbound Bourke St tram to MSC [ignores Melbourne Central, Flagstaff and Flinders St].
