Flinders St: still with a lane closed for tunnel works?
Because of tunnel works, Degraves St subway at Flinders St is closed until 2024. No platform transfer via Degraves St subway. Passengers should use Elizabeth & Swanston St entry/exits. Campbell Arcade remains closed to 2024. Platform interchange via that subway was available until mid 2022.
Buses replace trains on sections of the Lilydale/Belgrave lines until late May (works).
Frankston line: Trains will run to an altered timetable until mid 2023 (works). Trains will stop at all stations Caulfield - Cheltenham all day.
5.47 Pakenham/Cranbourne lines: Delays up to 30 min (police at Dandenong). Trains may be held at platforms.
- 5.57 Delays up to 45 min.
- 6.08 Delays clearing, but still up to 45 min. Trains may be altered/cancelled.
- 6.32 Delays up to 30 min.
- 7.13 Delays still clearing. Trains may run direct to Flinders St. Stopping patterns may be changed.

11.43 Flagstaff: No lift access between platforms and concourse (an outage). Passengers requiring lift access travel to Melbourne Central or Southern Cross and speak to staff for assistance. Lift access remains available between the concourse and William St.
