Flinders St: still with a lane closed for tunnel works.
Because of tunnel works, Degraves St subway at Flinders St is closed until 2024. No platform transfer via Degraves St subway. Passengers should use Elizabeth & Swanston St entry/exits.  Campbell Arcade remains closed to 2024. Platform  interchange via that subway was available until mid 2022.
8.31 Mernda/Hurstbridge lines: Major delays clearing after an equipment fault between Parliament and Jolimont.
- 12.33 Trains will operate direct to/from Flinders St (an equipment fault near Flinders St).  Passengers at loop stations take a train from pfm 2 (anticlockwise Dandenong) to Flinders St.  Trains may terminate/originate at intermediate locations.
- 13.12 Loop running has resumed.  Trains may still run direct, and may use altered platforms at Flinders St.
13.28 Frankston line: Buses replace trains Cheltenham - Mordialloc (a motor vehicle hit by a train).  Buses ordered, ETA 60 min.  Consider local transport options.
- 14.30 Replacement buses operating, adding 45 min.
- 15.41 Trains resume, with minor delays.  First trains: 14.47 ex Flinders St; 15.08 ex Frankston.

- 15.39 Major delays again (the earlier fault, and a trespasser near Roxburgh Park).
- 15.58 clearing
16.03 Upfield line: Major delays clearing after a trespasser in the Macaulay area.
16.51 Glen Waverley line: Delays up to 40 min (a vehicle stopped across rail tracks at Glenferrie Rd, Kooyong.
- 17.04 Clearing.  Trains may terminate/originate at intermediate locations.
16.14 Buses replace trains between Ringwood and Lilydale (a track-equipment fault at Ringwood), adding travel time. Consider alternate travel options.
- 16.27 Buses replace trains between Ringwood and Mooroolbark (not Lilydale).
- 18.18 Trains have resumed, with delays up to 10 minutes.
- 18.32 The first citybound train will depart Lilydale at 19.05.  We also have some buses in still in operation.
19.12 Pakenham/Cranbourne lines - Delays up to 30 minutes (a trespasser on/near rail lines in the Noble Park - Yarraman area). Trains may be held at platforms.
- 19.26 Delays up to 25 minutes.  Trains are moving at reduced speed through the area.

- 16.32 Trains resume.  First trains: 15.49 Flinders St - Hurstbridge; 16.03 ex Hurstbridge.
17.14  Lilydale/Belgrave/Alamein/Glen Waverley lines: Outbound delays (an ill passenger at Burnley). Trains may depart from altered platforms Richmond - Burnley. Trains may not stop at East Richmond.

- 17.27 Glen Waverley line: Delays ongoing (an ill passenger at Burnley, and now one at Darling).
- 17.44 Delays clearing.  Trains may terminate/originate at intermediate stations. Stopping patterns may be changed.
18.01 Frankston line: Minor delays (a vehicle damaging McDonald St level crossing at Mordialloc). Trains may operate at a reduced speed there.
