Can’t blame the APS this time - damn.
Apparently the L1 was terminating at Convention while this was happening, and without knowing any better I speculated the problem was at the George/Hay crossing or the junction wires, not as far from Hay St as the curve off George St.
Looks like a bit more overhead sectioning is in order so this interference to working on one line when the other has a problem can be eliminated.
Not that I expect anything will change.
