But if you talk to people who work for "Metro" it's work place could be
best described as "toxic". Of course management being complete @holes to
their operations staff doesn't count on these statistics. That's between
the private operator and thier employees and no concern of the government
dept who's ultimately paying for the service.

Of course the standard solution to this is to import workers from 3rd world
countries who a glad of any job, at least untill they realise they can do
better and leave too and not to improve working conditions.
