I just realised that Murder She wrote is American, not English (don’t watch it) - maybe it’s an Italian looking tram mockup or one of the San Francisco Milan cars or something. They probably used some stock footage from somewhere for the Duewags - “hey, it’s orange, no-one’ll notice the difference”.
