Thanks for the update and photo Mal.

It does suggest to me that some relatively recent track replacement is not
lasting very long. Especially by comparison with sections of the 86 and 96
routes in some places in Nicholson Street, Gertrude St and High St which
were laid in 1955-56 and still in use.
