I was at a station for where for 40 minutes the indicator said the train would arrive in 12 minutes. It hadn't left the terminus.

After that time some one noticed and overrode the screen replacing it with 'operational issues are delaying trains'.

There were no staff at the station - it's a one shift station now and the morning shift had left already.
