Looks like the contractors took a month off, they started wiring the
yard in December but all work stopped at Christmas and they didn't
restart major work on the site till last week. I go past the site twice
a day every weekday :-)

One week back into the job after the summer break and they bust a
stanchion. I guess it's better to find problems now than when a train
with passengers is under it. :-)
