We thought they may start at 2160 as the mock up was numbered 2160. If
there are 13 in the order, that would make 2172 the last.

I wonder if CAF have shipped them in reverse order. They would have
finished manufacture months ago, deliveries were supposed to start last
year, but the depot fiasco stopped that.

I wonder if CAF pushed all the Parra cars into a siding for storage and
when it came time to ship, 2172 was at the end of the line, last in,
first out!
