Proposed changes to planning controls for 15-25 Hunter Street and 105-107 Pitt Street Sydney https://cityofsydney.cmail20.com/t/j-l-vkjtrn-ujjjndyt-w/

The proposed changes will allow a new commercial tower while protecting sun access for Martin Place and improving connections for people walking in the area.
