Five-section low-floor tram with bogies for $4m each
  David McLoughlin

This article is about Stadler TINA (Total Integrierter
Niederflur-Antrieb) trams for Darmstadt. They have also been bought by
such places as Halle and Basel. They are 100 pc low-floor and appear to
have swivelling bogies.

Though the ones in this article are uni-directional, the model can come in
any gauge and presumably with a bidirectional option.

The Darmstadt ones are costing about $AUS 4 million each.

Oddly, the one in the photo in the article appears to be sitting on some
temporary transport wheels, not bogies.
