The problem you're identifying there Geoff is not just a rogue poor
operator, but a government transport agency that is not managing contracts
as well as it should. TfNSW is, unfortunately, one of the more laid back
transport agencies, as we've seen with tram projects. We need to bring PTA
WA over here to inctil more professionalism and discipline.
